For customers that have chosen our Fast SHIPPING (Without Tracking) option, please bear in mind that we will only provide you with our Proof of Shipping. You will NOT be able to track your order’s whereabouts after that, the risk of the product not arriving your doorstep is there. If after 60 days, you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our tier 2 support team and refund your money, no questions asked.

All of our products are shipped from US and China warehouse, usually delivered to your door  within 7 days----Free Shipping
International:
Canada: 7 - 15 days

Australia: 7 - 15 days

Europe: 9 - 21 days

Latin America: 10 - 25 days

Other countries: 14 - 30 days

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

All our products are shipped from US warehouse and China warehouse. During the seasonal period (eg Halloween, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter) there might be some delay in posting process. During this period, please allow 3-5 extra business days for delivery. If an item has not been delivered within the approx. day stated above plus 3-5 extra days; please send us an email, we will provide you with an exclusive discount coupon.
